UK Terms of Service
These terms apply to website and related digital projects ordered from FastLanding.io (Kacper Rękawek, Gliwice, Poland, EU VAT ID PL6312736932) by clients in the United Kingdom. The written proposal and scope for your project take precedence where they differ. Last updated: 16 August 2026.
1. Orders and scope
A project begins only after you accept a written proposal that names the deliverables, responsibilities, price, and timing. Sending a brief creates no obligation. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before the extra work starts.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and are net of any taxes that may apply; the invoicing treatment (including VAT reverse charge for registered businesses) is confirmed before the deposit. The standard model is 50% to start and 50% after deployment, collected via Stripe. The deposit is refundable only as described in the proposal or clause 6.
3. Delivery
Delivery follows the milestones in the proposal. Delays caused by missing inputs, late feedback, or third-party services extend the timeline by the corresponding period. No universal completion date is promised outside the accepted scope.
4. Rights and handoff
On final payment you receive the source files and the rights to the work created for you, excluding third-party assets licensed under their own terms. Until final payment, the work remains the property of the studio.
5. Warranty and support
The studio corrects defects in the delivered work reported within 30 days of launch, at no charge. Ongoing support, hosting management, and new work are covered by separate agreements (such as the Care plan), never implied.
6. Cancellation and statutory rights
Where consumer protection rules apply to you (for example, distance-selling rules for individuals), nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal right; bespoke work begun during that period with your explicit consent is charged for the portion completed. Businesses may cancel before work starts with the deposit returned less costs already incurred and evidenced.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, total liability for a project is capped at the amounts you paid for it, and indirect losses (such as lost profits) are excluded.
8. Complaints and governing law
Complaints can be sent to kontakt@fastlanding.io and receive a substantive response within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of Poland as the place of establishment of the service provider, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
