What the website must do
The proposal names every included page, the audience, the offer, and the action each path must support.
FastLanding / United Kingdom
FastLanding designs and hand-codes small business websites for companies across the United Kingdom. Every project is scoped in writing, priced in GBP, and delivered asynchronously by our studio in Gliwice, Poland. No UK office is claimed, and none is needed for the work.

UK pricing starts at £3,150. Share a brief and receive fit, scope, price, ownership, and the start window in writing. No discovery calls are required at any point.
01 / Scope
The £3,150 rate covers one accepted website sprint. Every included deliverable and responsibility is named before approval.
The proposal names every included page, the audience, the offer, and the action each path must support.
Copy, brand assets, photography, CMS work, integrations, and missing inputs are assigned before the build starts.
Review points, revision boundaries, launch tasks, source ownership, and optional aftercare are written into the proposal.
02 / Fit
The work fits when a business has a real offer but its current website makes the decision harder than it needs to be.
Turn searches from Google and Google Maps into a clear enquiry path, from roofing in Leeds to plumbing in Bristol.
Make expertise, proof, and the next enquiry step easier to scan for solicitors, accountants, and consultants.
Explain services and boundaries clearly, without overpromising outcomes, for clinics and practices.
Let visitors understand the place, the experience, and how to enquire, from B&Bs to letting agents.
Give a complex product a tighter story and a more useful first action.
03 / Price
Prices below are for UK-facing enquiries and are stated in GBP. Third-party services, hosting, and work outside the agreed scope are identified before approval.
One launch price
£3,150
One clear price for a qualifying brief while the studio has an opening.
Eligibility, scope, and any larger requirements are confirmed in writing.
Care
From £199/mo
Optional support after launch, agreed separately from the build.
No recurring plan is added without approval.
04 / Process
You send the context, receive a written proposal, and review progress in clear checkpoints. The studio works Central European Time, one hour ahead of London, so written responses land inside your working day.
Share the offer, audience, existing materials, and the outcome the website must support.
We reply with fit, assumptions, timing, and a written price before work is accepted.
Design and hand-coded implementation follow the agreed scope, with focused review points.
We prepare the final handoff and make the next ownership step explicit.
05 / Live domains
These are live-domain examples from FastLanding's existing portfolio. They are not presented as UK case studies or as reviews.
The portfolio links above are the source of truth for each example. No anonymous testimonials or invented office locations are used on this page.
06 / FAQ
Short answers to the questions that usually determine fit, scope, and the next sensible step.
FastLanding is a small website studio registered in Poland, based in Gliwice, and serving UK businesses entirely remotely. We are not a UK agency and do not claim a British office. What UK clients receive instead is published GBP pricing, a written scope, and a delivery process that runs asynchronously in UK-friendly working hours.
£3,150 for one defined website sprint while the launch offer is open. Payment is split 50% to start and 50% after deployment, and optional Care starts from £199 per month. The same figures appear in the written proposal, so the price you see here is the price the project is scoped against.
You receive a written proposal and scope before paying anything, and the agreement sets out deliverables, revisions, and handoff in plain language. EU distance-selling rules give consumers a 14-day withdrawal right, and bespoke work that begins with your explicit consent is explained before it starts. Nothing in this process removes the statutory rights UK customers hold.
Deposits and final payments are collected through Stripe, so UK cards and bank payment methods work as they would with any British supplier. Invoices state the amounts in GBP. No payment is taken before the written scope is accepted.
FastLanding is a Polish business (EU VAT ID PL6312736932). For UK VAT-registered businesses, services are normally accounted for under the reverse-charge mechanism, and the proposal states how the invoice is issued for your situation. We confirm the invoicing treatment in writing before the deposit is taken.
No. Gliwice runs one hour ahead of London, so the working days almost completely overlap, and the process is written-first by design: briefs, proposals, and review notes do not depend on live meetings. Most clients never need a call, and one can be arranged when it genuinely helps.
The build includes the technical foundations UK search visibility depends on: semantic HTML, clean metadata, structured data, and Core Web Vitals-minded code, served fast from a global CDN. Ongoing SEO campaigns and ranking guarantees are separate services, and we say what is included rather than promising positions.
Enquiry data submitted through this site is used to review and respond to your brief, and nothing else, as described in the linked privacy notice. Analytics load only after consent is given. When your own website project processes personal data, the scope names what is collected and why before the build starts.
Share a short brief with your offer, audience, website goal, budget range, and timing. FastLanding records the context first and replies with fit, scope, and a written price. Nothing is booked or charged at this stage.
07 / Brief
This is a qualification brief, not a contract. We review it and confirm fit, scope, timing, and price in writing. Enquiries through this form are processed under the studio's privacy notice.
