UK Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data FastLanding.io collects from visitors in the United Kingdom, why, and the rights you hold under UK GDPR. The data controller is Kacper Rękawek, trading as FastLanding.io, Gliwice, Poland (EU VAT ID PL6312736932). Contact: kontakt@fastlanding.io. Last updated: 16 August 2026.

1. Enquiry and brief form data

When you send a project brief, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, budget range, project goal, and any optional information such as company name, website address, and notes. We use this data solely to review your enquiry, respond with fit and scope, and, if you accept a proposal, to deliver the project. The legal basis is your request prior to a contract, and then the contract itself. We do not add you to marketing lists.

2. Chat and consent records

Where a chat function is offered, messages are stored to answer your questions and to keep a record of what was promised. Where consent is required (for example before analytics load), we store the consent decision and its timestamp as evidence.

3. Cookies and analytics

Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept the consent banner. Until then, only technically necessary storage is used. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser; the banner will reappear.

4. Hosting and processors

The site is hosted on Vercel (global CDN), form and booking data is stored in Supabase (EU regions available), payments are handled by Stripe, and transactional email may be sent via Resend. Each processor acts under a data processing agreement. Data transfers outside the UK rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiry data for projects that do not proceed is reviewed and removed within 24 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by accounting law. Unsubscribe and deletion requests are honoured promptly.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right, email kontakt@fastlanding.io; we respond within one month.

7. Cross-border note

FastLanding.io is established in Poland, in the European Union. The enquiry route used by this page is operated under the studio's central processing infrastructure; this notice describes the guarantees that apply to UK visitors. The US edition of this site carries its own notice at /us/privacy.
